- 15.30-16.00: Refreshments and break
- 16.00-17.30: Closing session and open committee meeting
- 18.00 onwards: Dinner and social gathering in Cheltenham

There is no fee for attendance (thanks to the kind support of the RGS-IBG and Countryside and Community Research Institute). Some limited funds are available for travel bursaries, which will be prioritised for ECRs and research students, and will be allocated by the RGRG committee.
